The Michigan restaurant home to the World’s Largest Burger is offering a whopping $2,000 hiring bonus as it struggles to find employees to fill positions.
And it’s not alone. According to the National Restaurant Association’s 2021 State of the Restaurant Industry Report, the restaurant industry across the country is facing staffing shortages.
Mallie’s Sports Grill and Bar in Southgate is one of those restaurants. It needs experienced line cooks and owner Steve Mallie is willing to dish out the dough to bring some in.
