Join the Detroit Writers Guild on October 28th, 29th and 30th at the Laurel Park Place Mall in Livonia, Michigan for participation in the Michigan International Book Festival. Authors, poets, and artists will recite poetry, sing songs and talk about their books. The famous “Paradise Valley Days” book will also be on display.
Celebrities attending the festival and sharing their books, include Governor Jennifer Granholm, Major Dennis Archer, Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel, Mayor Brenda Lawerence, Radio personality Pam Rossi and Author and International Speaker Patrick Scherdtfeger. Come and network with celebrity authors, purchasing agents, libraries, major corporations and other community literary groups.
