The book, which includes over 200 delicious Mediterranean recipes, serves as a guide for readers wishing to indulge in a healthy, balanced, and flavorful lifestyle. The signing will include an opportunity to speak with Hazime, as well as the chance to sample recipes from The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook.
