For the past two seasons, Detroit Mercy men’s lacrosse has made an impact in the Mid Atlantic Athletic Conference.
The Titans have won 10 of 13 conference games from 2018-19, not being able to play a conference opponent in 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Moving forward, expectations remain high.
Detroit Mercy is bringing in nine players as a part of its 2021 recruiting class, including four players from the metro Detroit area: Harrison Albano from Plymouth, Cole Gellatly from Brother Rice, Jakob Hemme from Detroit Catholic Central and Nicholas Lamb from Seaholm.
While Detroit Mercy is a member of the Horizon League, its lacrosse program is an affiliate member of the MAAC.
