The Cancer Thrivers Network for Jewish Women will host a lunch and demonstration with Dr. Jen Green, doctor of naturopathic medicine and head of the Naturopathic Department at Beaumont Hospital Cancer Center, at noon, Monday, December 5 at Jerusalem Pizza in the Jewish Community Center, 6600 W. Maple Road in West Bloomfield. Reservations are required, and there is a charge of $ 8 for the kosher lunch and program. The Cancer Thrivers Network for Jewish Women is a program of the Jewish Community Center whose mission is to enrich and empower women cancer survivors through activities, friendship, resources, education and humor.
