Baked potato restaurant heads to Seven Mile
Detroit’s Potato Lady is making a comeback in a new space at 1644 E. Seven Mile Rd. after shuttering in 2015. The restaurant, which was recently awarded a Motor City Match grant for small business development, is slated to open in June owner Darla Wilson tells Crain’s. The menu will feature potato nachos, loaded baked potatoes, and french fries as well as options like salmon.
