You won’t have to wait in long lines and stand nervously in front of producers in person to audition for the upcoming season of “American Idol.” For the first time, the hit ABC reality singing competition is holding live, virtual nationwide Zoom auditions.
Thousands of people came to “Idol” auditions in front of producers in Downtown Detroit last September. This time around, because of the coronavirus pandemic, Michigan hopefuls can audition from the comfort of their own home on Monday, August 24.
