The Cancer Thrivers Network for Jewish Women will host a yoga session with Susie Rosenfeld from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, in the yoga studio at the Jewish Community Center, 6600 W. Maple Road in West Bloomfield.
Guests should wear comfortable clothing and may exercise on chairs or the floor. All levels are welcome, and reservations are not necessary. The cost is $5, which includes refreshments.
