On Monday, hundreds of eager spectators showed up to the Cranbrook Institute of Science to gaze up at the sky for a once in a lifetime event. The 2024 solar eclipse could be seen from much of the United States, with WJR‘s Chris Renwick broadcasting live from an area where 99% of the sun was blocked by the moon.
