The restaurant’s Margherita and Diavola pizzas are available in meal-kit form, and packages include instructions, two dough balls, fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, and toppings. Pricing ranges from $20 to $27, with gluten-free crust available at a higher cost. Preparation and cooking should take about an hour. Customers can call or visit the PizzaPlex website to place their order, and packages can be picked up from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday or Wednesday, and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday.
