SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY COMING TO DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER ON NOVEMBER 30!

Join the merchants of Downtown Rochester on Saturday, November 30 for Small Business Saturday!  Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to strengthening the community by supporting local small businesses. The Rochester Downtown Development Authority has joined more than 400 advocacy organizations that have made it a mission to bring business to their downtown areas on this day.

Now in its tenth year, Small Business Saturday serves as the ceremonial kickoff to the holiday shopping season for small businesses across the United States. This year, Downtown Rochester is proudly participating in Oakland County’s Small Business Saturday initiative. Holiday shoppers who enter a picture of their receipt from a purchase made November 30th at a small business in Oakland County are eligible to win $5,000, just take a picture of your receipt and text ShopTextWin to 41411. In addition, Rochester Downtown Development Authority (DDA), will offer free carriage rides from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm on November 30. The carriage rides will pick-up at the corner of E. Fourth & Main Street. Rides will be given on a first come, first serve basis with no advanced reservation accepted.
