Brighton’s Victorian Silhouettes

This Art-History Exhibit has (13) unique characters from Brighton’s early history in the mid to late 1800s. These full size color representations were painted at half scale and printed at full size. These characters are artfully recreated and can be found free-standing throughout the downtown Millpond Park Area. A biographical plaque is attached to each character and provides a historical review of how each of these characters influenced Brighton’s past. This exhibit is definitely a photographic moment for adults and children to pose with the life size recreations from over one hundred years ago. The exhibit will officially run from July through September. Maps are available at the CoBACH Center, 202 W Main St, Brighton, 48116.
