On September 28, “Toybox” (named after Prize’s proprietary technology. Nerdy, I know) heads to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum to vie for the national title of “Best Corporate Band in America” in the FORTUNE Battle of the Corporate Bands. They’ll face-off live against seven other corporate rock bands (see below) for bragging rights and to support music education programs for everyone from toddlers to senior citizens.
Compelling content: in addition to performing, the band can speak to how having an in-house band has improved workplace morale and brought team members together – especially compelling as the economic impact of depression in the workplace is estimated at $34 billion annually—$11 billion for treatment, $11 billion in decreased productivity, and $12 billion in absenteeism. Depression affects about 19 million people, 70 percent of whom are in the workforce (Braun Consulting News).
