We could all use a little comfort right about now. Not only is it winter in Michigan, which means we get roughly 39 seconds of sunlight a day, but there’s a pandemic out there and we don’t want to leave our damn houses (and really shouldn’t at all). But no one says we can’t get our fill of mac n’ cheese, meatloaf, pho, or chicken and waffles, because that’s kind of all we want right now. We’ll worry about our hemorrhaging DoorDash/GrubHub budget later and, well, we’ll deal with the 20 lbs. we’ve put on in the last three weeks at some point in the future.
